How do I choose my size?
Open the size guide on this page. Where the maker has given us a measurement chart we publish it in full, in inches and centimetres. Where they have not, the guide shows you how to measure yourself and you can email info@arinze.store with your measurements and we will advise. Measurements are taken flat by the supplier, so allow a 3-4 cm difference. If you are between sizes on a fitted piece, take the larger one.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, then ship in 3-15 business days. The estimated delivery window for today's date is shown next to the buy button. You get an order confirmation email, then a separate email with tracking once it ships. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees - carrier volume and weather can cause delays.
What does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75. A flat $5.99 applies to U.S. orders under $75. The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes - request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, free of odours, stains or makeup, in original packaging with tags intact, with your order number. We accept exchanges for a different size, colour or style subject to inventory. Return shipping is covered by us where the return is the result of our error; otherwise it is yours. Email info@arinze.store to start one.
What cannot be returned?
Final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect: opened beauty, skincare or personal-care products; intimate apparel and earrings for pierced ears; custom, personalised or made-to-order items; perishable goods; and clearance items. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
