1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to ARINZE. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://arinze.store and all related content, features, purchases, and messaging programs (collectively, the “Services”), operated by ARINZE LLC (“ARINZE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, or opting in to our messaging programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a legally binding contract, to use the Services or place an order. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will post a prominent notice on the Site at least 30 days before the change takes effect and, where we have your email address, notify you by email. If you do not agree to a material change, stop using the Services before the effective date and contact us at info@arinze.store; continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Minor administrative changes (such as typographical corrections) may take effect when posted. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Products, Descriptions & Availability

We strive to display and describe our products accurately; however, colors may vary by screen and minor differences between images and the actual products may occur. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit, modify, or discontinue any product at any time.

6. Pricing, Orders & Payment

• Prices, taxes, and shipping costs are shown at checkout and are subject to change.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or for pricing or product errors.
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered.” Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Promotions, Discounts & Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated terms, may be limited in time or quantity, cannot be combined unless stated, carry no cash value, are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

10. Mobile Messaging Program (SMS, Text & RCS)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional messages (SMS, MMS, and, where available, RCS) from ARINZE LLC at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Messages may include promotions, new product drops, cart reminders, and order or account updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is available to customers in the United States (and Canada, where offered) who are 18 years of age or older. We handle your mobile information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Email Marketing

If you subscribe to our email list, you consent to receive marketing emails from ARINZE. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We handle email marketing consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act and our Privacy Policy.

12. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you grant ARINZE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with the Services and our marketing. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the Services, using them for unlawful purposes, infringing intellectual property, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

14. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, text, designs, and other content on the Services are the property of ARINZE LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

15. Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARINZE LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have to statutory damages or to public injunctive relief that cannot be waived under applicable law, including California law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARINZE LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

19. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. You and ARINZE waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing info@arinze.store within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, nothing in this Section waives or limits your right to seek public injunctive relief under applicable California consumer protection statutes (including the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, the Unfair Competition Law, and the False Advertising Law) in any forum. Any provision that would eliminate that right is unenforceable to that extent, and this carve-out survives any determination that other parts of this arbitration provision are unenforceable. This arbitration agreement is mutual. To opt out, email info@arinze.store within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with your name, address, and order number.

20. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration provision above, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

21. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, carrier delays, supply disruptions, or governmental actions.

22. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, are the entire agreement between you and ARINZE. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.

23. AI Chat Assistant

Our website offers an automated AI chat assistant (Shopify Inbox), operated by Shopify Inc. as our service provider. Chat responses are generated by an AI system, not a human, unless the conversation is passed to our team - you can ask for a human at any time. Responses may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate, are for general shopping help only, and are not legal, medical, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

AI chat responses do not modify these Terms, our published policies, or product listings, and create no warranties. If anything stated in chat conflicts with our product pages, cart, checkout, Shipping Policy, or Refund Policy, those pages and policies control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the limitations of liability in these Terms apply to the chat feature, and we are not liable for actions taken in reliance on AI-generated responses.
