1. Our Commitment

At ARINZE, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality products and a smooth, transparent shopping experience. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled fairly for both customers and ARINZE LLC.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier).
To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear

  • In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items (unless defective on arrival):

  • Opened beauty, skin, or personal-care products

  • Intimate or sanitary apparel

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Clearance/final-sale items

  • Activated electronic or damaged devices

3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Subject: “Issue with Order #XXXX”

Include your order number, issue details, and photos of packaging + product.
Depending on stock, ARINZE will replace, refund, or offer store credit.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for size, color, or style (subject to inventory).
If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll:

  • Provide a refund, or

  • Issue store credit, or

  • Suggest a similar product.

5. How to Request a Return

Email info@arinze.store with:
Subject: “Return Request — Order #XXXX”

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) being returned

  • Reason for return

You’ll receive either:

  • A prepaid label (where available), or

  • Instructions for trackable return shipping.

Some regions may require the customer to pay return shipping.

6. Refund Process

Refunds are issued once items pass inspection.

Processing Time:

  • Inspection: 1–3 business days

  • Bank processing: 5–10 business days

Non-refundable:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Return label costs (unless ARINZE is at fault)

Refunds may be adjusted if items show use, are missing components, or have damaged packaging.

7. International Returns (Including Nigeria & Africa)

  • Customer covers return shipping unless ARINZE was at fault.

  • Duties, VAT, and customs fees are non-refundable.

  • Label items as “Returned Goods” to prevent added customs charges.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Risk transfers to the customer once a carrier marks an item “Delivered.”
If you haven’t received your package:

  1. Contact the carrier

  2. Email info@arinze.store

  3. We’ll help initiate a claim where possible.

9. Return Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We may decline returns in cases of:

  • Excessive or abusive return behavior

  • “Wardrobing” (wear-and-return)

  • Mismatched or fraudulent claims

This aligns with global retail protection standards.
